提供健康教育，了解相關的健康及衛生常識，最新的健康及衛生議題。 To help students achieve general knowledge as well as understand the most updated current issues related to health and hygiene. |

配合科學科和體育科，讓學生透過不同課題或單元，得到有關健康教育的知識。 To enable students to acquire relevant knowledge through related topics in Science and Physical Education. |

年度亮點、特色或活動

1 |
健腔先鋒舉辦口腔護理工作坊，教導中二同學口腔護理的技巧。 Workshops of Oral Health Promotion were conducted by our Oral Health ambassadors for Form 2 students. Participants learnt how to use a dental floss correctly and maintain good oral health. |

2 |
健康周：配合各組有關身、心健康的活動，活動形式包括攤位遊戲、講座、展覽、工作坊。 Health Promotion Week: Seminars, workshops and booth games were held during the Health Promotion Week. |

中三及中四同學在體育課和生物課參與「中學急救心臟訓練工作坊」，利用訓練公仔及AED機，進行按壓式心肺復蘇法急救訓練。 All Form 3 and Form 4 Biology students participated in the RALP face-to-face training during their PE and Biology lessons. The students acquired hands-on experience of CPR and AED. |
